3-5 pm, Easter Workshop for children. The Workshop is open to all children, not only to those who attend the Croatian School of Boston.
4pm, “The Ever-Changing Plitvice Lakes.” Presentation geared to adults, conducted in English, by Professor Stjepko Golubic of the Department of Biology, of Boston University,
Professor Golubic, who has recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to natural sciences in Croatia by the Croatian Society of Natural Sciences will explain the interaction of the deposits separating the lakes, water chemistry and microorganisms. The talk includes beautiful photos of the Lakes, accompanied by classical music (a DVD known as the Plitvice Phapsody).
