New England Friends of Croatia (NEFC) is a non-profit organization formed by a community that shares links with Croatia. The organization is active in the Boston metropolitan area, as well as other areas of New England.

Mission Statement
To promote and encourage a Croatian network amongst Croatians and friends of Croatia in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont states of USA.

Objectives
To create a Croatian network where students and professionals can:

• Become informed about all aspects of Croatia's culture, language, people, economy and political structure via social, cultural, musical, sporting, and other events, including debates, lectures, and seminars.
• Increase awareness of various aspects of Croatia among members of other communities in the US. Provide concise information about the Croatian community in the US.
• Be a hub of information for other Croatian events in the New England area that may interest NEFC members.

How to become a member
If you would like to become a member, please fill out the online membership application form or email board@nef-croatia.org if you would like us to send you a hard copy. Right of admission to NEFC is reserved. Members must pay an annual fee. Currently this fee is $15 for students, $25 for professionals and $50 for families.

Membership in NEFC brings several benefits including:

• A unique network focused at furthering and working links between students and professionals who are originally from Croatia, or interested in Croatia's culture and current events.
• Invitations to our social and cultural events, debates, lectures, seminars and sporting activities that NEFC members will be organizing.
• An email distribution list providing information about relevant job opportunities within Croatia and the US.
• Articles and information about Croatia and the United States.
• The opportunity to organize an event or activity of interest to you.
• The opportunity to promote Croatian culture.
