Annual membership drive
WHERE:
Beaver Brook Park, Belmont. Directions at http://www.mass.gov/dcr/parks/metroboston/beaver.htm. You can get there by parking on Trapelo Rd and walking through the children’s playground/spraypark on the corner of Mill Street and Trapelo, and when you get to the big meadow you’ll see us under a tree, near the brook on your right hand side. Or if you want to park on Waverly Oaks Rd, just walk down to the meadow. NO ALCOHOL allowed (state park).
MBTA: Red Line to Harvard Station. MBTA Bus #73, Waverly Square (20 minutes).
HOW MUCH: If you paid for NEFC membership, this event is free. Otherwise, the ticket for the NEFC picnic to cover the food is $10 per individual, $15 per family. Cash or checks only.
We will also collect NEFC annual membership fees at the picnic. Individual $25, family $50, business membership $100. Personal memberships will include some free events such as this one and discount for the Xmass party. Business memberships will have contact info posted on the NEFC website and linked to theirs, and it will also be a prerequisite for businesses to advertise (for additional fee).
WHAT TO BRING: Chairs or blankets for the meadow, or any appropriate outdoor games. If you’d like to contribute some additional home-made food, please let us know...
In addition to this Sunday, men soccer is organized on Sunday afternoons in Revere, contact us for details either at the picnic or via email for future Sundays. We hope you’ll join us. Please RSVP by email or through web contact form, so we can ensure enough food/drinks.
Croatian Film Series at the Coolidge Corner Theater, Brookline, MA

The series is a result of a creative collaboration between The New England Friends of Croatia, The Doors Art Foundation, The Coolidge Corner Theater, the Croatian author and film critic Jurica Pavicic, the featured distribution companies and Croatian filmmakers. Croatian Language and Culture Program
